About Alberto

Alberto has spent more than twenty years running a business that lives or dies on follow-up, communication, and trust: mortgage lending. Over 1,500 families funded means thousands of leads, appointments, documents, and deadlines — and a very clear picture of where a small team loses time and money.
That’s the lens he brings to AI. Technology comes after understanding the business. He builds intelligent systems for his own companies first, then for real estate teams, mortgage offices, and local businesses — connecting the CRM, phone, calendar, email, and content tools they already use so the pieces finally work together.
