About Alberto

Alberto has run his own business in home financing for more than 23 years, helping thousands of families. It's an industry where every lead, follow-up and deadline matters, and he also manages a rental property business. He knows exactly where a small team loses time and money.
So he started building his own fixes: applications and contact management systems that organized his clients and kept follow-up on track. Technology came after understanding the business, never before it.
Today he builds those systems for other owners — real estate teams, medical practices, CPA firms, contractors and local businesses — connecting the CRM, phone, calendar, email and content tools they already use so the pieces finally work together.
He is co-founder of AIxRE, a national AI × Real Estate speaker network, and has completed 15+ Anthropic Academy courses. On stage and in the training room, he's known for making AI practical: no hype, no 100-slide lecture about the future.
